Outside the galley, Igor is an active adventurer, musician, and traveler who constantly infuses his dishes with global inspiration.

Dino joined the crew of QUANTUM bringing an exceptional maritime pedigree, backed by over 200,000 nautical miles logged across the Mediterranean on vessels ranging up to 100 meters. A graduate of the Technical Traffic School in Split, his lifelong passion for the sea was solidified through elite training at the Sailing and Skipper Academy. Hardworking, charismatic, and safety-focused, he seamlessly blends rigorous technical capability with a passion for high-end hospitality, ensuring a secure and flawless experience on the water.
