The chef aboard HEED, Boris Starcevic, is a born Croat, and very well versed in the styles and cuisines of the Mediterranean and the Adriatic. Having years of experience on motor yachts of different sizes, he developed his unique cooking signature, which he can reproduce in galleys of varying sizes.

Preparing meals, chef Starcevic incorporates elements from French, Croatian and Italian cuisine to create a wonderful gastronomic masterpiece in every dish. Using only local and seasonal ingredients, prime meat and fresh seafood, chef Starcevic will astound you, meal after meal.

The size of the galley aboard HEED is more than enough to manage and maintain all the different tastes and expectations of charter guests. Filling out the preference sheet before you book your charter holiday, enables the chef to tailor every meal and menu to your exact specification.

A sample of an enjoyable lunch aboard HEED would be a broccoli, cauliflower, ginger and curry broth for a starter dish, followed by grilled tuna Adriatic sea steak, served with a side of cucumber, mint and lime sauce, drizzled with orange vinaigrette. Yacht Charter Accommodation: The master cabin

The theme of subtle curves is present all throughout this fabulous yacht, providing a unique atmosphere of easygoingness. The master stateroom features a king size bed, placed in the centre of the cabin, creating a huge amount of closet space between the bed and the wall.

The en suite features a wooden-themed rainfall shower that is separate from the jacuzzi tub. But the most attractive feature of all is the huge side window that can open mechanically and extend into the sea, creating a foldable double-terrace, almost on the surface of the water. YACHT FRONT SUNDECK

On the main deck, the bow has been squared at the tip, making the main front sundeck bigger and more optimised. Because of this, the forward main sundeck is a wonderful space for comfortable relaxation, with modular sunbeds, a huge U-shaped low-rise lounge sofa and a very big jacuzzi pool.

The forward sunbathing area on the main deck also has a bimini option, providing shade and protection from the sun. The forward sundeck really feels like a stand-alone second beach club, raised above the sea, with the foldable master stateroom terrace just below it. YACHT UPPER DECK

The upper deck features an open sky lounge, bringing new meaning to open concept luxury yachts.

A very versatile space, the flybridge can be converted to serve a multitude of purposes, not just lounging and relaxation, but much more. Light grey and dark grey are the main colour schemes in the twin cabins, which are mirror images of one another. Providing comfortable accommodation, the twins are equipped with teak and carpet flooring, giving guests the best of both worlds.

All the furniture is custom made, and the lights are moulded into the ceiling, with natural light streaming through the big window, bouncing off softly-coloured furniture. The twins have an option of being converted into a double, which adds a great bonus when designating sleeping arrangements.

With minimalist décor the Double cabins’s light colouring goes great with traditional wooden details and modern furnishings. As is the case with the twin cabins, the doubles are also mirrored images.
