Marvel at the coralization of the Gautsch skeleton, letting colourful fish schools swim through you. Returning for lunch after a morning dive, you retire to the office area on OMNIA to finish some unexpected work. Sitting for lunch and enjoying gastronomic delights, you and your charter party make plans for the rest of the day, savouring meals such as whole wheat penne rigate with red pesto sauce, sea bass with balsamic roasted brussels sprout and chocolate mocha tarts with croccante for dessert.

After lunch, it might be hard to decide whether you should take a ride with the jet skis or maybe go on an exploration trip with a kayak. Thanks to a wonderfully spacious galley, OMNIA has huge culinary potential, being able to produce 4-course meals with ease, also partially due to the number of crew. Snacks can include local deli platters, an assortment of fine cheeses, great for pairing with Croatian wines, fresh vegetables, green smoothies, honey and fruit cocktails or handmade ice cream.

The crew aboard has enough room and corridors to serve meals and not disturb the salon or any other area where charter guests might want to lounge or relax. Karlo Kaleb, the chef aboard OMNIA, developed a keen interest in cookery from an early age.

Obtaining a professional chef’s certificate in 2012, Karlo worked in the most prominent Croatian restaurants, before joining the luxury yacht community. By starting work on OMNIA , he won a gold medal at Split Gourmet Expo in 2016. In 2018, Karlo won 3rd place at MYBA Charter Show culinary competition in Barcelona, category from 44 – 53m yacht.

Developing his craft to reach astonishing heights, his mastery and expertise in cooking allow him to prepare different types of cuisines with ease. His personal preferences in preparing food are Mediterranean fine dining, blended with a bistro-like approach. Karlo`s proficiency in cooking guarantees OMNIA`s guests the ultimate gourmet experience. His mastery in numerous cooking styles, flavours and recipes mean every meal will be unique.

One example of a wonderful 4-course menu on OMNIA:

YACHT MAIN DECK

Yacht charter accommodation: main salon & dining area

A massive area designed for meals and relaxation, the salon on the main deck is beautifully arranged, making use of light colours, soft details and plenty of natural light. The interior dining area consists of a marvellous formal dining table for 12 people, with the bar in the centre providing guests with scrumptious snacks and delicious cocktails, while relaxing on the sofas, in front of a pop-up TV.

The overall decor and atmosphere of the salon remind of royal ballroom halls, spacious in length and in height. The subtle wooden details match perfectly with the light-brown colour patterns and the airy atmosphere it provides.

Thanks to big windows on both sides of the deck, the entire salon gets completely filled with sunlight during the day. In the evening, the salon is equally alluring, providing a relaxing place for after-dinner cocktails and a wonderful panorama of Croatian port towns, as well as distant flickering lights in the summer night.

Allured by the smell of salt, fresh fish on the barbecue, and a glass of exquisite Croatian wine – the aft alfresco main deck is where charter guests go when they want to be close to the sea. It features a table for 10 people and a compact, but comfortable lounge, offering a spectacular view.

Near the entrance to the interior of the main deck is a day head, perfect for washing hands and not needing to go all the way to your cabin to do so. A completely exclusive amenity-a sauna- is located on the main deck to port, between the interior lounge area and the aft alfresco dining area.

The sauna is best used when the sun starts to set. It also perfectly combines when you plan on going skinny-dipping in the evening, so you can get warm fast, before and after swimming.

YACHT SUNDECK

OMNIA`s flybridge is best used as a space for lounging, thanks to a bar packed full of refreshments, a fantastic jacuzzi and adjacent sun pads, which are ideal for achieving that perfect bronze tan. The bar is fully equipped, enabling your yacht crew to serve cocktails, chilled champagne and canapes from the bar directly to the guests, lounging on the sundeck.

The jacuzzi is placed right underneath the 600 m2/ 6500 sqft sails, so there is a true feeling of grandeur and scale to be experienced while getting massaged by bubbles, surrounded by the blue Croatian Adriatic Sea.

Located on the upper deck stern and surrounded by a C-shaped sofa bench, the jacuzzi is masterfully positioned so that every guest could enjoy the full potential of the Croatian Adriatic panorama, while also soaking up the sun or marvelling at the starry sky.

Decide to experience a unique meteor shower that happens every year in Croatia, called the Tears of St. Lawrence. This fantastic astronomic phenomenon guarantees at least 80 observable meteors an hour and is best experienced from a warm jacuzzi while being served cocktails by your diligent yacht crew.

YACHT LOWER DECK

Decorations of the cabins feature a conventional feel with classical inspirations, designed to create a cosy and comfortable atmosphere, but with a modern twist. All the staterooms on OMNIA are located on the lower deck, consisting of a master, VIP, 2 Double and 2 convertible twin cabins.

The master stateroom truly is imposing, with twin stainless steel support columns reminiscent of renaissance baldachin beds, primarily used by royalty. A modern and elegant design in every cabin is followed by a complete media set up in all the staterooms, consisting of a TV, Wi-Fi, USB ports and phone charging stations. The theme of the interior decor in the master stateroom is lightly coloured wood with geometric ornaments in shapes of triangles, spelling out the name “OMNIA”, but in a mirrored, “Da Vinci-Esque” fashion.

Yacht Charter Accommodation: The VIP cabin

The VIP cabin covers a huge amount of space and leaves you with a sense of luxury and style, thanks to the modern and soothing artificial lighting system. There are also wide windows that provide plenty of daylight, making this space seem longer and open. The queen-size berth enables excellent comfort, while supreme sound insulation makes sure every guest sleeps tight. The colours in the VIP do not deviate from the pattern present throughout the rest of OMNIA: light and soft brown, beige and creme colours.

Yacht Charter Accommodation: The double cabin

Light brown panelling covers most of the surfaces in the double cabin. A white leather sofa located beneath a window is an exception to this. Guests love to relax on this sofa, reading a book with their first cup of morning coffee. The double berth is spacious, with nightstands on both sides and practical night lights located above the headspace. The unavoidable OMNIA logo can be seen stylishly imprinted on a single wall surface.

Yacht Charter Accommodation: The twin cabin

The twin cabins follow the same design present in other living quarters. Soft brown colours and plenty of beige wood panelling cover most of the cabin. The grey woollen carpet provides magnificent softness and comfort when moving around the cabin. The convertibility of the twin means that you can transform two single berths into one double, thereby enabling versatility when planning sleeping arrangements. Very similar to the double, there is also a white leather sofa, located beneath a window.

YACHT BEACH CLUB & SWIMMING PLATFORM

OMNIA`s swimming platform and beach club are compact, but still offer great choices in having fun by spending time near the water. There are twin staircases that lead to the swimming platform from the main deck aft, meaning you will not encounter traffic jams when moving between the beach club and the main deck.

Practice jumps in the water or use the swimming ladder to slowly experience the refreshing quality of the Croatian Adriatic sea; you can even ask the yacht crew to extend the passarelle, so you could use it as a jumping board or to play pirates.

Since you will be within arm`s reach of the main deck aft alfresco area, it will be possible to have conversations or pass drinks between guests on the main deck and those spending time on the swimming platform and beach club on OMNIA. Enjoy a multi-levelled experience, where one fraction of your charter party can sip cocktails on the main deck, while the other splash their legs in the sea, delighting in premium champagne.

YACHT WATER TOYS & WATER SPORTS

Among the many amenities and water toys available on OMNIA, your favourite will be determined by your inclinations towards having fun in the sea. Fully utilising your private Adriatic playground, you will surely enjoy the many hours you will spend on the water, having fun with all the water toys OMNIA has on demand.

And the selection will astound you; among a pair of tenders and jet skis, also to choose from are two stand up paddleboards, two kayaks and two towables, with all the snorkelling, fishing and water skiing equipment imaginable. There is also a possibility to have some fun on land, in the form of 8 mountain bikes and 4 electric bicycles, a perfect mode of transportation for exploring the interior of a chosen Croatian island.
