With 15 years of experience cooking in the yachting industry, Tea is a highly organised and motivated chef: her culinary creations have always won the praises of charter guests around the world. Being a very skilled baker, Tea will also satisfy every sweet tooth, preparing excellent breakfast pastry, loaves of bread, pies, cakes and sweets.

Every day, breakfast will be made up of cereal, fresh fruits, assorted deli meats and the chef`s specially baked pastry. A large selection of tea, coffee and freshly squeezed fruit juices will start any day off wonderfully. For a continental breakfast experience, ask your chef to prepare olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, an assortment of cheeses and eggs fixed to your liking, with hand-made rich-dough bread and meat delicacies.

Also possible on demand are the traditional breakfast pancakes and muffins, combined with an assortment of freshly-baked pastry. Given the size of the galley on STARDUST, charter guests can expect the chef on board to serve meals consisting of 3 courses.

At lunch, you can satisfy your appetite with dishes like home-grown ricola salad with parmesan and feta cheese and Mediterranean-style quiche with fresh anchovies, wild basil and rosemary. For dessert, guests will simply enjoy a strawberry cream cheesecake with lime shavings.

YACHT MAIN DECK

The galley is located on the main deck, between the salon and the wheelhouse, but walled off with a bar feature, that can completely shut off the galley or open and let meals, snacks and cocktails be served directly from the bar. Located in front of the galley, the helm station on the main deck comes with a very practical L-shaped dinette starboard of the helm, where you can make small talk with the captain or the crew, as you prepare for new adventures aboard your superyacht charter.

YACHT FLYBRIDGE

The flybridge is where the entertainment and fun really happen.
