Captain Andrija is 42 years young and has over 20 years of experience sailing the Adriatic coast. His teacher was his father, who proudly passed down his love and knowledge of the sea. He has a degree in Nautical engineering from the Maritime University in Split and is a seasoned entrepreneur. The Cristal is the third boat in his family business, with aspirations of adding others. When he’s not sailing, he takes pride in upkeeping the Cristal. He enjoys attending town council meetings and sitting as the president of boat owners in Krilo Jesenice. He also enjoys traveling to faraway places.

Experienced Chief Mate with 5 years of international navigation experience and 6 years on yachts. Skilled in managing navigation operations, ensuring safety compliance, and leading a team for efficient yacht operations.

Chef Petar is from Sinj, Croatia. After finishing culinary school, he spent 6 years in Germany cooking at 5-star restaurants. For the past six years, he has been perfecting his culinary skills and creating masterpieces as a Chef on a yacht. His love of cooking and attention to detail will surely please all taste buds. His favorite meals to prepare are Croatian specialties with a modern twist. He also loves great steaks and delicious homemade desserts.

After finishing the Hospitality and Tourism School in Osijek, he gained valuable experience working in Frankfurt, Germany for six months, followed by 3 years in restaurants in Osijek. He then spent a year at the prestigious Wedelhütte ski resort in Hochzillertal, Austria, and continued his culinary journey on the island of Hvar at restaurant Leporini. Domagoj enjoys long bike rides and a game of Picado in his free time. He specializes in preparing authentic Dalmatian cuisine.

Experienced Waiter with a strong background in hospitality, including 2 years on yachts, 8 years as a Chef de Rang in a 5-star hotel, and 5 years as a manager at Joe's Beach Bar. High school education in culinary arts, certified sommelier, Class Master, and skilled in bartending.

Ante completed his studies at the Agricultural School in Split and holds a WSET Level 2 certificate in wine and spirits. He has built an impressive career with over 7 years at the renowned restaurant Bokeria in Split, 5 years at Dalmatino on the island of Hvar, and experience at the Michelin-recommended restaurant Dvor in Split. He Enjoys settling in with a great film, especially when it’s accompanied by an excellent bottle of wine.

Waiter with diverse experience, including 1 year in the yacht industry, 3 years in a ski resort in Austria, and 2 years in a beach bar setting. Holder of a college degree in Kinesiology. Detail-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional service.

She graduated from the School of Economics and Administration in Split, Croatia. Before joining the yachting world, she spent 7 years working in the Police Department, bringing a strong sense of discipline and attention to detail to her role. Over the past year, she has been applying those same qualities as a housekeeper on board. In her free time, Dajana enjoys the thrill of rollerblading and the calm of horseback riding.

He graduated from the Maritime High School in Split, Croatia and holds a Category B license (up to 18 meters – tender) and Category C license (up to 30 GT), both issued by the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Croatia. Toni has 2 years of experience as a deckhand on the yacht Polaris, where he developed a solid foundation in deck operations and seamanship. In his free time, Toni is passionate about football, enjoys exploring underwater worlds, and never misses a chance for a good swim.

Recent graduate of Maritime High School with a family background in the yacht industry. Eager learner with a keen interest in listening to experienced sailors. Two years of experience working on smaller boats during summer breaks.

Duje graduated from the Maritime High School in Split, Croatia and holds a B category license. Duje has spent the last 4 years working as a deckhand on yachts, where he has gained valuable hands-on experience and developed a strong work ethic. In his free time, he enjoys playing football and staying active.
