YACHT MAIN DECK

Yacht charter accommodation: main salon & dining area

Starting from the portside, a very large L-shaped sofa and accompanying coffee table offer a chance to lounge before a meal or just relax in an air-conditioned environment.

Opposite the sofa, to starboard, are two movable armchairs and an island cabinet feature, cleverly concealing a pop-up TV. This feature enables the transformation of this part of the main deck salon into an entertainment centre, where you can watch movies and shows with your charter party, while the crew serves hand-made popcorn with local Croatian butter, sweets, smoothies and other refreshing beverages.

The interior décor of the salon can be described as stylized historicity, where some elements of modern yacht design meet classical space arrangement. This means that modern furniture is placed in a space arranged to abide by general guidelines of traditional yacht design, like no elevation, no molded furniture (mostly every piece is movable), wood being a big part of the décor (like frames and accessorizes), best observed in the wooden ceiling beams, that span the entire space of the main deck salon ceiling.

The floor is 100% grey plush wool, making guests feel like they are walking on clouds while they are surrounded by the luxurious and plush style of the salon. This entire space exudes a strong and charming sense of luxury, with overtones of historic value and stylish elegance, due to many refits AURIANE yacht charter has gone through over the years.

Froward from the lounge area and to port, there is a fully-stocked bar with barstools, a perfect place to enjoy an aperitif before continuing into the separated dining area. This bar`s main purpose will be to serve drinks on the entire main deck. Opposite the bar, to starboard is a staircase leading to the lower deck, decorated with authentic brass and wood railings, something you do not see on yachts anymore.

Leaving the first portion of the main deck, guests can step into the interior dining area, walled off in its own portion of the main deck. This way, guests can truly feel the experience of fine dining on a yacht.

Wide windows on both sides and extra-wide mirrors tremendously illuminate this space during the day; in the evening, the atmosphere becomes more intimate and exclusive. The rest of the surfaces are covered with brown polished wood panels and cabinetry, adding to the historic feel of the lounge area.

YACHT FLYBRIDGE

The stern portion of the flybridge is used as a sunbathing spot for several movable sunloungers; alternatively, you could use this space for staying active on your yacht holiday, by exercising with a professional fitness coach, hired by your vigilante crew. Enjoy the fresh sea air while you do yoga asanas or work on your core – when you get too hot, jump in the crystal-clear Croatian Adriatic sea for instant refreshment.

The second part of the flybridge is covered by a fixed bimini, providing plenty of shade for the forward-placed helm station and 2 separate L-shaped sofa benches, placed to port and starboard. In the centre, between the two sofas is the central mast holding up the fixed bimini, equipped with an ice maker and a mini-fridge, ensuring that guests always have access to refreshing beverages.

YACHT LOWER DECK

The lower deck on AURIANE yacht charter manages to house 6 guests, which can be allocated in one of 3 cabins; a master stateroom, a VIP double cabin and a twin cabin.

The full-beam master has some modern features integrated into its predominantly historic décor. This means plenty of wood surfaces, cabinetry and carpentry, but also LED lights built into the king-size berth.

There are nightstands on both sides of the berth, with mirrors behind them, which reflect artificial light, but also make the stateroom seem much bigger than it actually is. On one side of the stateroom is a wide desk with a chair, which can be used for a number of different purposes, like reading, writing, typing or eating breakfast in the privacy of your stateroom. Across this quaint work area is a small sofa, perfect for short day naps or sitting down, while your partner gets ready for an entertaining evening aboard AURIANE yacht charter.

An incredible ensuite bathroom features a pair of sinks, heads, and bidets, separated by a very spacious shower cabin, all heavily decorated with brown wood, the same as in the rest of the stateroom.

The twin cabin aboard AURIANE yacht charter has strong ties to historic yacht décor. Plenty of dark brown wood surfaces remind guests of traditional yachts, when wood was observed as a luxury material and not just a decorational addition to a stand-alone design concept.

Nevertheless, the two twin berths find themselves surrounded by plenty of wood and divided by a single nightstand; there is also plenty of leg room, as well as a plush wool carpet underneath.

With plenty of storage, this twin also has a decently-sized table with a chair, enabling guests in the twin to do some unexpected work or enjoy breakfast in their cabin. A final addition to the twin is its own ensuite bathroom, equipped with a sink, a head and a shower cabin, all adorned in a brown wood finish, just like in the cabin.

The double cabin features a queen-sized berth surrounded on all sides by brown wood finishings and carpentry; the only features that are not adorned in wood are the light beige wool carpet, the linens on the berth and the beige ceiling panels.

The luscious wood creates an impression of historic luxury, where travelling back in time to the good old days of sea travel meant you were surrounded by ornamentalised wood, everywhere you looked.

There is plenty of cabinetry and shelving space for guests to store all their belongings, as well as a neat flat-screen TV, placed right in front of the berth. There is also a large porthole, just above the berth headspace, meaning that guests can open the window and lay on the bed, taking in the fresh sea breezes that come through the opening.

YACHT BEACH CLUB & SWIMMING PLATFORM

There are several unique characteristics tied to the architecture of AURIANE`s beach club and swimming platform. Most modern yachts use the stern tender garage as a beach club, once the crew launches all the toys. The bigger the yacht, the bigger the beach club, while the swimming platform stays a flat surface, unless we are talking about a 50+ meter yacht built in the last several years.

When it comes to AURIANE yacht charter, the beach club space was envisioned differently: between the main deck aft and the swimming platform is a middle level, a sort-of “foyer” into the sea.
