YACHT CHARTER DINING

On your luxury charter vacation, the skill of your private chef will rival that of the best yacht chefs in the world. This pedigree guarantees a 5-star level of excellence and attention to detail when preparing every meal. His goal is to please the guests and make the dining experience onboard AWAY yacht charter as pleasant as possible.

Your private chef will create a menu based on your preference list and for each meal, you can choose what you want to eat. For breakfast, you might opt for an English, a Mediterranean or an Asian version; you will surely be satisfied with each one, while your lovely hostess serves a warm cup of coffee or tea or a freshly squeezed orange juice.

Lunch can sometimes consist of traditional Croatian food, like black risotto made with cuttlefish or squid, olive oil, garlic, red wine and squid ink or oven-seared beef tenderloin with herb pan sauce. What is great about the AWAY yacht charter is that your chef only uses fresh and organic ingredients from local farms and markets. If you want, he can always prepare a diet or a vegan menu.

YACHT MAIN DECK

The main deck on AWAY will amaze everyone who decides to charter this great vessel. The spacious aft deck has a large sofa with cushions, a coffee table and four comfy wooden chairs. Opening the glass doors and walking through a well-appointed foyer, you will arrive at the indoor main salon.

Yacht Charter Accommodation: The Master Suite

Located at the bow of this deck is a generous full-beam master suite. On the starboard side is a big office desk that you may or may not want to use for work and replying to emails. Most of the guests come to a superyacht vacation and switch off completely, but if need be, you have a great place to work. There is also a huge walk-in closet and a vanity table, ideal for putting on your makeup or doing your hair.

In the centre of the master suite is a king-size berth with supersoft linens, washed with vinegar which helps keep them really soft. A thing to note is that this particular linen is the same linen that the Queen of England uses, so you will sleep like a real queen or king.

YACHT UPPER DECK

This deck is where the guests spend most of their time. On the upper deck aft, you have an alfresco dining area under the hardtop. Furthermore, there is a fully appointed bar with a massive barbecue and two comfortable L-shaped sofas with two coffee tables at the back. The bimini top goes across the aft upper deck so you can have some shade.

Moving inside through the sliding glass door you will enter the stunning lounge area with a large sofa, a coffee table, a huge 78-inch TV and a little desk area, ideal if you need to do some work. What is great about this space is if you just want to relax in an air-conditioned area, the crew can close off the doors and the blinds, transforming this area into a private cinema room, ideal for watching blockbusters.

The pantry is located on the port side, where the crew prepares your coffees, cocktails, snacks and everything else you need. What makes this yacht even more special is the dumbwaiter that leads down to the galley and lifts all food and drinks to the upper deck. A quite convenient addition to this deck is the practical day head.

YACHT SUNDECK

On the sundeck, you will find relaxation in the charming sun loungers, equipped with a coffee table and a great bar with three stools. This area might be your favourite one for relaxing with a great cocktail in your hands. Furthermore, the bar features an ice maker, a freezer and a fridge, ideal for cooling off your beverages on a hot Croatian afternoon.

Moving forward, you will arrive at the crown jewel of this impeccable yacht – a spacious jacuzzi surrounded by massive sun pads. It does not matter if you chose this area for unwinding before breakfast or star gazing during the night – you will not choose wrong. YACHT LOWER DECK

The lower deck contains four cabins, able to house up to 10 guests. The lobby area is huge and has a lot of mirrors, creating an impression of an even bigger space. Both double staterooms and twin cabins are equipped with a TV and amazing entertainment systems where the guests can watch movies or play songs while taking a shower.
