YACHT CHARTER DINING

Welcome aboard ELIZABETH yacht charter, where you are invited to indulge in a truly unforgettable dining experience centred around traditional Croatian Adriatic cuisine. Although there is no dedicated chef, you can still expect excellent dishes prepared by your stewardess.

A menu will always focus on using only the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients, giving you a taste of the finest Croatian produce. This includes a lunch menu like “Buzzara Mussels”, a dish that perfectly embodies the essence of Croatian seafood cuisine combined with “Dalmatian Black Risotto”, made with the local speciality – cuttlefish, which gives the risotto its unique flavour and dark colour. 

To end the meal on a sweet note, the  “Rožata”, a traditional Croatian dessert, is another highlight, a creamy caramel-flavoured treat that is sure to leave a lasting impression.

There is also an option of dining out and experiencing the refined taste and luxurious textures of Michelin restaurants in Croatia; alternatively, you can also visit one of the numerous non-Michleing restaurants, for a taste of family recipes and a warm atmosphere.

YACHT MAIN DECK

You and your charter party will probably board ELIZABETH yacht charter by using the swimming platform as a passarelle, finding yourself on the main deck aft. Once here, the tour of this excellent yacht can begin.

But first, a champagne toast near the main alfresco dining table, which consists of a C-shaped sofa running some way the length of the aft and encircling a large dining table. This arrangement will be the main dining venue aboard ELIZABETH yacht charter, but not the only one, seeing that there is a second alfresco dining option, located on the flybridge reachable by the portside staircase.

After a thorough inspection of the aft, guests can continue into the interior main salon or follow along either the starboard or portside side deck and reach the bow sundeck.

The sundeck is arranged to provide as many amenities and lounging options as possible, considering the overall lenght of ELIZABETH yacht charter.

Utilized to its full extent, the sundeck offers a C-shaped lounge sofa, moulded into the superstructure and facing the cruising direction, offering a chance to enjoy beautiful views with your favourite drink, or just chat with your charter party in a relaxing alfresco environment.

There is also a wide and inviting sunbed right opposite the sofa, so guests can experience multi-levelled social interactions, with conversations happening between the sunbeds, the lounge and the flybridge all at once.

After thoroughly observing the sundeck, it is time to return to the main deck aft and enter the interior salon.

Yacht charter accommodation: main salon & dining area

Right off the entrance to the salon, the open-plan galley on the portside creates ties with the exterior and the interior with the bar, which extends along the centerline of the salon. Across the galley, to starboard is an L-shaped dinette, perfect for enjoying delicious meals in an air-conditioned environment.

Following the dinette, the amidship portion of the main deck salon is taken by a comfortable and inviting C-shaped lounge on the starboard side. Across the lounge is another sofa, just next to two barstools positioned ideally so guests could enjoy drinks at the bar and still be able to talk with their friends lounging opposite them.

When it comes to design, natural cherry wood floors meed soft and pastel lime-coloured upholstery of the salon, contrasted by the white leather panels in the ceiling. All of these visual elements create a pleasant dynamic in the salon, one which extends all the way to the starboard helm station.

From this interior cockpit, the captain will be able to steer ELIZABETH yacht charter to your next itinerary destination in the beautiful Croatian Adriatic sea while you observe every masterful move.

There is even a small bench to port, where you can sit and enjoy the cruise, chit-chatting with your captain as you ponder new exciting locations in the Croatian Adriatic.

Finishing with the main deck tour, guests can either use the interior portside staricase to reach the lower deck or return to the main deck aft and climb up to the flybridge.

YACHT FLYBRIDGE

The flybridge on ELIZABETH is a place made for unadulterated alfresco enjoyment, using every available amenity to create the ultimate charter experience. The local charter crew will not make any compromises when creating the ultimate bespoke charter experience, and the flybridge will be the perfect stage to do so.

Starting with the wide sunbed on the starboard side, guests will have a comfortable place to enjoy the warmth of the summer sun and work on their tan. The sunbed is placed so that it faces towards the stern, offering amazing landscape panoramas, greatly bolstered if ELIZABETH is underway.

Continuing on the starboard side, the sunbed connects with the second alfresco dining arrangement, which takes shape in form of a C-shaped settee and a wide rectangle dining table.

Across this dining arrangement is the wet bar, equipped with everything a guest on a yacht holiday would need, including an ice-maker, a cooler and a sink.

Thanks to the wet bar, you can enjoy a club-like experience, with on-demand beverages, a thoughtful stewardess and an exciting and versatile environment.

Reaching the peak of the flybridge, an exterior helm station to port and a secondary settee to starboard offer a chance for a couple of charter guests to enjoy the cruise in a completely different way, admiring the mystical Adriatic horizon and the shimmering sea.

YACHT LOWER DECK

Altogether, there are 4 cabins on the lower deck of ELIZABETH yacht charter. These include two double and two twin cabins.
