The menu aboard NALA ONE catamaran yacht can begin with a prawn risotto a la bianco with zucchini, each bite being a celebration of the freshest Adriatic prawns, their sweetness complemented perfectly by the creaminess of the risotto and the light crunch of zucchini.

Following this, a refreshing salad of lettuce and carrots drenched in a zesty lemon sauce cleanses the palate, its freshness echoing the crisp sea air that surrounds you. Next, the grilled Adriatic Sea Bream can be served; a product of the pristine Adriatic waters and accompanied by perfectly roasted potatoes, a crisp salad, and sautéed chard, every morsel speaks of the sea’s bounty.

YACHT MAIN DECK

This is also where we begin our journey throughout NALA ONE catamaran yacht. Guests can climb aboard on one of two staircases, located on the portside and starboard gulls respectively. Welcomed by the charter crew with champagne, future guests will find that the main deck aft is the best place to enjoy an alfresco lounging and/or dining experience.

Elevated by the clarity of the sea and the beauty of the Croatian panorama, clients like to sit down on the wide, stern-placed sofa, which also presents seating for the dining arrangement, made out of a spacious table and movable chairs.

Complemented by a sink and an ice machine to port, guests will also find a wide day bed located on the starboard side of the main deck aft; this piece of furniture is perfect for resting in the afternoon shade, after you have had your turn with the water toys, but before the evening cocktails and supper. The main deck aft is totally walk-around, which is not a surprise on a catamaran, since regular catamaran widths exceed 40-meter monohull motor yachts.

When guests want to switch gears, they can always find sanctuary in the forward-facing sundeck on the main deck bow. Here, the entire area in front of the main deck salon windshield has been turned into a second alfresco lounge area. The sunken topography of the lounge area is comprised of two very big and very comfortable day beds, located to both port and starboard, as well as a central sofa and a modular table. Usually, guests like to drink their morning coffee in this location, enjoying the sunrise and the unlimited potential of the Croatian horizont.

For families with children, the kids will absolutely love the big twin trampolines, located between the hulls on the bow. These sturdy, but soft trampolines are the favourites for kids, as they can play, jump, roll and study the water beneath, all in complete safety and comfort.

Yacht charter accommodation: main salon & dining area

First-time guests are, without exceptions, always bedazzled by the sheer scale of the main deck interior salon. Due to the twin hull architecture, NALA ONE catamaran yacht is able to field an interior salon that corresponds to 50+ meter yachts – and this feature is greatly appreciated by her clientele.

On the portside, a big C-shaped sofa settee encircles a wide dining table. Directly opposite it, the lounge area comprised of comfortable sofas, invites guests to take a load off after a good meal.
The entire salon is one big space, which makes guests feel more connected to nature outside, which is greatly bolstered by the large windows, that let in plenty of natural light and decorate the salon with vistas of beautiful Croatian Adriatic sea.

An island, positioned centrally and forward in the main deck salon, serves as a fully equipped bar, as well as an amenity station, where guests can watch their shows or movies on the TV, but also listen to music and create the mood for the salon in the evening. The interior helm station is also located in the salon, tucked away in the starboard forward corner of the salon.

There are four staircases in total: the port aft staircase leads to the crew area and mess, while the portside bow staircase leads to the galley and one of the guest cabins. On the starboard side- the starboard aft stairway leads to the master cabin, and the starboard bow to the third guest cabin onboard NALA ONE yacht charter.

YACHT FLYBRIDGE

Guests can reach the flybridge by using the portside staircase that connects the main deck aft with the flybridge. Once up and about, charter guests will surely be pleasantly surprised to find out that there is a second alfresco dining arrangement, positioned in the centre of the flybridge and perfect for dining in an elevated position, which allows for unobstructed and breathtaking vistas.

Taking the shape of the letter C, the dining arrangement commands the flybridge, and every other amenity is oriented towards providing the best possible experience to guests spending time here. This also includes the wide sunbeds, located behind the dining setup; covering the entire length of the flybridge stern, These sunbeds are an excellent addition to an already terrific layout, enabling guests to rest after a good meal or to just relax.

Since the majority of the flybridge is covered by a hardtop, clients will be able to choose between shade and the warm Croatian sun at will, creating their holiday as they choose.
